Beef or venison hashbrowns
Ingredients
Yield: 1 servings
2 tbsp Bacon drippings
1 large Onion, chopped
3 cup Cooked, chopped beef or Venison roast.
2 Med. potatoes cut in 16 pcs.
2 tbsp Flour
1 Clove garlic, minced
3 cup Beef broth
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Seasoned salt
1/2 tbsp Chili powder
Directions
- Brown onion and potatoes in bacon fat.
- Add four and brown.
- Add broth and other ingredients.
- Let simmer until tender
