Dutch Oven Venison Breakfast
1 lb Ground Venison
2 tb Vegetable Oil
1 Small onion, diced
1 cn Jalapenos (small), diced. Use green chillies if you like it mild
1 lb Cheddar Cheese, mild or sharp
- Brown ground venison in vegetable oil with onion and season to taste. Pour off any excess grease.
- Break eggs and add diced jalapenos. Stir over medium heat until eggs are nearly cooked.
- Sprinkle cheese over top. Remove from heat and let sit for 2-3 minutes. Serve with salsa or sour cream.
