Deer jerky
Ingredients
2-3 lbs meat (cut in small pieces)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp accent
2 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp liquid smoke
dash red pepper
Directions
- Put in crock pot on low for 2 1/2 hours.
- Remove and spread on cookie sheet and put in preheated oven at 175 degrees for 50 minutes.(leave oven door cracked for ventilation)
- leave in oven longer for desired drieness
