Rupsades (Portuguese Candy)
1 cup of water
1 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- Boil all ingredients until it is thick and brandy color.
- Work small amounts on a cookie sheet to form twists and wrap in wax paper.
- You have to work fast because when it cools it will not be pliable.
- Be careful this mixture is hot and could burn you
