Gurkensalat (Cucumber salad)
Ingredients:
2 large cucumbers
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
Cooking:
- Peel cucumbers and cut into very thin slices.
- Mix together vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper and pour over cucumbers.
- Marinate about 20 minutes.
- Drain off liquid, toss cucumbers with sour cream.
- Top with fresh parsley and serve.
